[EN] The present contribution proposes, through some representative digital models and graphical schemes, some technical aspect that characterizes the work of Jacopo and Giorgio Paleari Fratino, military engineers in the service of Philip II of Spain in the second half of the sixteenth-century. Matrices and geometric models directly extracted from the military treatises, in particular from the text Della fortificatione della città wrote by G. Maggi and J.F.
